Todd has developed and managed client portfolios for over 30 years. Todd is responsible for equity research, trading and stock selection methodology. He devises option strategies to generate yield or to protect client portfolios and also acts as a consultant to other investment advisors on devising strategies for their clients. He has spent this time studying business cycles and market history and has years of experience in dealing with diverse market environments for different clients. Todd has also developed the firm’s retirement planning income schedule to assist with financial planning. He is an admitted expert in securities ligation cases.
Todd is an Emeritus Professor of Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Investments, Advanced Investments and International Finance courses for over 20 years and is a Lecturer for continuing education for CPAs and Attorneys. Todd has a Ph.D. in Economics with concentrations in Financial and International Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He also earned a Master of Economics with a concentration in Quantitative Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with an emphasis in International Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
Noi has more than 15 years of experience in the investment industry. She assists with research functions, builds and monitors best practice processes to ensure firm efficiency and manages the day-to-day investment operations of our firm.
Prior to joining our firm in November of 2010, she was responsible for Institutional Client Services at Artisan Partners. Noi earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Mary College.
With over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, Cathy manages our firm’s business development and supervises client services. In addition, she is responsible for our compliance, regulatory filings, accounting and 401(k) plan functions.
Prior to joining our firm in August of 2011, she held accounting and reporting positions at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, Artisan Partners and Strong Capital Management and was a financial analyst at Wisconsin Energy Corporation. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
Blaine has over 5 years of experience in the investment industry and is responsible for managing the firm’s fixed income portfolios. He executes trades utilizing different strategies and procedures for stocks, bonds, and options. In addition, he monitors and analyzes economic data, conducts bottom-up research of securities, and performs financial modeling.
Blaine holds the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He earned a Master of Financial Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Economics with a minor in Management from the University of Minnesota.
Nikki has a passion for working with clients and providing excellent service. She is the primary liaison for our clients, custodian and the CPA firms we interact with. She is happy to help answer your questions, schedule meetings or perform account updates as necessary for your accounts.
Prior to joining our firm in March of 2019, she was the Medical Billing Manager at HealthWorks Wellness Center for 11 years. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Mount Mary College.
Ron works with Todd and Blaine on the statistical and econometric aspects of securities analysis. Ron has over 25 years of research experience including 15 years of teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics and investments. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals with an emphasis on international economics.
Ron earned a Master of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
